The website is an opportunity to see images which have been produced by using a Sony Alpha 700 with a 16 to 105mm lens. Lee filters are used whenever deemed necessary and as much work on the image is done in camera as possible. All images are produced in Raw format and post process work is done in Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom V2.4. Prints are produced on a Canon Pixma Pro 9500 Mkll printer using pigment inks.Along with the new printer setup, the pc has been replaced with a dual core, 64bit, system running Windows 7. This includes 6Gb ram and 5Tb of storage which includes 4Tb in a Raid1 config to provide mirrored writes and therefore automatic backup.
Since moving from film to digital I have widened the scope of my photography and does not now solely concentrate on the landscape, although it does still does provide most of my images.
Images can now also be provided on stretch canvas, produced professionally, by Lyden Braund of Sabden. Size and price on request.
I am the treasurer of the Padiham and District Photographic Society and a member of the Postal Photographic Club.
